EL RECORDS PREMIER CHALLENGE CUP 3rd ROUND

Having beaten Hanworth Villa away in the 2nd Round Horley were well up for this game as Colliers Wood had already beaten us in the League in fact they were the first team to do so.

In very windy condition at the New Defence both teams tried to play some good football. Horley were the better side and Adam Pullen and John Eldred both had good chances go just wide of the upright. John Eldred the also hit the crossbar with a great strike. It was still nil nil at half time.

In the second half Horley still dominated but could not find the back of Colliers Wood goal. The game went into extra time and sub Michael Death scored the winner for Town.
